Obama insults the Special Olympics....

Now mind you...this is supposed to be the SMART one. The 'elegant' one. The 'mr cool'.
But as we're finding out in rapid pace..is that he can't talk without the weird over-dependency of his teleprompter, and when he does...his heart and true feelings show through.
